Beautifully located municipal site with exemplary modern and spotless facilities, large pitches and beautiful landscaping and trees. Professional welcome from friendly campsite staff. Lovely shady riverside path for exercising dogs. Out of high season, pool is closed and bread and croissants available from the local tabac a short walk away. The town is characterful and typical, and the view across the river from the site is absolutely stunning. All local shops, restaurants and bars within 10 mins walking distance, as well as a small Carrefour.

Highly rate this site. Flat, big pitches, helpful reception, facilities always clean. Located across the beautiful river Loire from the town of La Pleche. Just stunning.

Highly recommended on social media and deservedly so. We visited in September when there was plenty of space available. Facilities excellent, location great. A couple of ducks visited our pitch though we were a few rows off the river. Only negative point was that the pool wasn’t open until 2pm each day. Good WiFi at no extra cost.

Best campsite we have been to it ticked all the boxes. We booked for 2 days but stayed 7. Pitches were large, shower blocks and toilets were immaculate and spotless. Reception staff were very helpful. Fab location only 10 minutes walk to town with restaurants and bars. Good market over the bridge on Wednesdays. Will be back next year .10/10 Excellent site

Good location, with good clean equipped facilities. Some pitches are well divided by hedges, however others are very open and close to other units. Reception was friendly and helpful. One big let down was that 5mins after reception closes each evening, many guests with suitcases and handfuls of bedding come in, causing groups of 15+ guests at single units being very loud well into the night. You then see the same people with their suitcases and bedding leaving at 0855, just before reception opens again. All in all, a nice site, but let down by the lack of control over large groups late at night, in both static and touring areas. Great price, but this is a great example of getting what you pay for!
